I'm Vidhata Trivedy. I've been building software from first principles for over a decade, twice as a co-founder since 2014.
Most of my work now starts the same way. A founder has an AI-built MVP that demos well and breaks the moment real users show up. I turn that into a system you can scale, defend in front of investors, and hand to a real engineering team. Before this I architected a crypto exchange that cleared around 4,000 trades a second and built and ran a 30-engineer team. So far I've shipped more than 70 products.
I'm not the kind of advisor who hands you a deck and walks out. I write the code, design the schema, and stay in the room when it matters. Accuracy comes first, then speed, then perfection, and never in the other order.

I build from first principles. I understand languages from the compiler, runtime, and memory model upwards, and I design databases and architecture from fundamentals instead of stacking frameworks until something works.
For you, that means fewer bugs in production, a codebase a new engineer can read on day one, and a system that survives a Series A technical review instead of triggering a costly rebuild. Most tech debt comes from over-engineering, so I cut a problem down to its core and build the simplest thing that lasts. The same CS and ML fundamentals drive how I architect AI: neural nets, transformers, LLMs, and agentic systems, not buzzwords.
